Auto Inserters
WSP Film running on a Pattyn Flexim 31
Since 1994 WSP has been developing a wide variety of film types for all the leading automated “Bag in a box” manufacturers. We have worked closely with the auto-bag inserter manufactures and our customers, gathering their feedback on how the product ran on their specific machines to develop a product that works consistently all the way down to the core on each customers' machine. In fact, if you were at the most recent Pack Expo in Las Vegas you would have seen our film running for Pattyn on their newest Zim-11 machine.
Unlike many poly manufacturers who try to be an “all things poly” supplier to their customers, we have refined our expertise and have created a niche business that allows us to give our customers exacting standards and tolerances that guarantee you will get the same product the same way each and every time. You all know that all poly is not created equal and in the auto insert business an 1/8” can give you and your machine a nasty headache. At WSP, we commit to quality over quantity and our goal is to ensure that your bag inserter is running at its optimum performance.
Regardless of the type of machine you have, your run speeds or the type of product you pack, we can offer you a material structure with a proven track record that will work on your machine and address the strength characteristics you need such as Dart, Elongation, Tear and Oxygen Transmission.
Ready to try us out? We would be happy to send you a roll, or visit each of your facilities to do an onsite side by side comparison test! We firmly believe that with our relationships with the machine manufactures, our knowledge of poly film, and our commitment to service, you will be happy you made the call!
